I first taught English in a school in Bolivia on my gap year in 2001-2002. I taught English to primary/secondary age pupils for seven months. I then went on to volunteer in language schools in Bath and Reading and I taught conversational English in a language school in Bristol before successfully completing my CELTA qualification in 2014.
I started working as a TEFL teacher in Swindon UK in February 2015 and worked there for over two years. I have taught levels from elementary to advanced and I have done both group and individual classes.
I teach the skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening in a fun and interactive style and I am approachable and friendly. I put an emphasis on conversational English and idiomatic language. In addition, I have taught business English in Swindon and Chippenham but I also teach via Skype.
